proofpets.com is the website of the Proof brand, a registered trademark of MHP Pet Food d.o.o.

In case you decide to contact us by e-mail or phone, we process your personal data on the basis of consent for the purpose of responding to the inquiry and keep them as long as we expect further communication, after which we will delete or destroy them in a secure manner. If you contact us for the purpose of further cooperation, we will store your personal data on the basis of a contractual relationship for a maximum period of 3 years from the end of business cooperation, with the exception of data that we must retain in accordance with tax and accounting regulations.

If you send us a complaint, the Quality Service will respond as soon as possible, and the complaint data will be processed based on legal requirements and retained for a maximum of 5 years. If you send us your CV, job application and similar documents with the intention of potential employment, they will be immediately forwarded to the HR department, which will process them based on consent for this purpose and keep them for a maximum of 12 months. Of course, you have the option to request that we delete them at any time, which we will do immediately.
